Minutes

The Bancroft County Board of Supervisors met in regular session at 9:00 a.m. in the Supervisors' Room of the courthouse. Chair Ostergaard called the meeting to order.

Present: Supervisors Ostergaard, Whitmore, and Cabrera. Also present: County Auditor Gene Prewitt, recording.

Minutes of January 28 and claims of $104,882.70 were approved, 3–0 (Whitmore/Cabrera).

Motion by Cabrera, seconded by Whitmore, to set the FY2026 budget public hearing for March 4, 2025 at 9:15 a.m. and to authorize publication of notice. Carried 3–0.

Conservation Director Nina Trujillo presented a proposed campground fee schedule for Prairie Creek Recreation Area. Motion by Whitmore, seconded by Cabrera, to approve as presented. Carried 3–0.

Motion by Cabrera, seconded by Whitmore, to approve a bridge inspection services agreement with a consulting engineering firm, not to exceed $38,500. Carried 3–0.

No public comment.

Motion by Whitmore, seconded by Cabrera, to adjourn. Motion carried 3–0. Meeting adjourned at 9:58 a.m..
